3. Service Description

5. Payments & Refunds

Fees for subscriptions or points are handled through third-party payment gateways. Our Cancellation & Refund Policygoverns all refund requests. Please review that policy before making any payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our content, logos, and trademarks belong to knowmynbr.com or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimer

• No Guarantee of Matches: We do not guarantee any successful connections or matches through our Service.
• User Interactions: Interactions (online or offline) are solely the responsibility of the users involved. We are not responsible for user actions outside the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, knowmynbr.com and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications & Termination
