Cancellation & Refund Policy

At knowmynbr.com | knowmyneighbour.com , we strive for customer satisfaction. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds for subscriptions, point purchases, using points to follow users, and other paid features.
1. Subscriptions
- VIP/Featured Plans: Subscribing to VIP or Featured plans requires points, which will be deducted from your wallet. Once enrolled, the subscription cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
- Automatic Renewal: There is no automatic renewal. You must manually re-subscribe to continue your subscription.
2. Point Purchases
- Points purchased for the “NBR Wallet” are non-refundable once the transaction is completed, except in cases of proven errors.
- Unused points will remain in your wallet; we do not offer monetary refunds for unused points.
3. Following Users
- Following a User: Following any user requires points, which will be deducted from your wallet. Once you follow a user, the action cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
- Once the follow duration expires, you will need to manually follow the user again.
- Automatic Renewal: There is no automatic renewal. You must manually re-follow the user to continue.
4. Transaction Errors
If you encounter payment errors or technical issues, please contact us at support@knowmynbr.com within 48 hours. If the issue is validated, we will initiate an auto-refund to your account within five (5) business days. If you have any other reasons or have not received the refund after five days, please email us. Our support team will respond within the next 48 hours. Upon validation, your refund request will be processed, and the refund will be provided within five (5) business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved. Please contact support first to resolve any payment issues.
6. Requesting a Refund
Please email support@knowmynbr.com with your transaction details and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your eligibility. If your request is eligible, the refund will be processed within five (5) business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.
